Make sure under Type of Request, you select “Delete my information.” and filling out the necessary details. It is our standard policy to require data deletion/privacy requestors to use this portal for us to process this request. This webpage is also accessible by visiting our homepage, appen.com, scrolling through the bottom of the page and then clicking “Manage My Data.”
Your account should be deleted within 15 business days of your request, but if not, please send in a ticket here.
