The Profile tab on your CrowdGen account page allows you to manage your general profile information.
Information such as First and Last name, email address, phone number, and physical address are known as Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and to change it you are required to submit a ticket by following the instructions here or clicking where indicated below. Please know that you might be requested to provide documents as evidence of this change.
When submitting the ticket make sure to fill out the fields as below:
Primary languages don’t need to be edited, if you want your profile to showcase another language you can just add it as an Additional Language as instructed here.
Your Profile also includes additional information which you are free to edit yourself at any time, such as work experience and available hours to work per week.
