This process flow outlines the steps a contributor needs to take from logging into their CrowdGen account to completing a payment withdrawal.

Step 1: Login to CrowdGen
- Enter username and password.
Step 2: Setup Payment Account Details
- Click on the payments tab on the left side of the screen.

- Review the brief description of what to expect during the setup process. Click “Continue”.


Confirm address shown.
- Next, confirm mobile number by clicking on “Continue”. An OTP will be sent to the number via call or text.

Note: If either the address or the mobile number is incorrect, click the link to submit a change request to update this information.
- Once verified, the user will be asked to select a default pay out method. This page also shows the processing time for each method. The default payout method can be changed at any time after initial set-up by going to the Withdrawal Methods section in the Payments tab.

Note: If you already have an existing Payoneer account associated with your Crowdgen account, you may still use this if you add it as the withdrawal method in CrowdGen. Select Payoneer as the payout method in the step above and enter your existing information. Check out the documentation on how to register your existing Payoneer account.
- Once you have completed the set-up process for your selected payout method, navigate back to the Payments tab, then Withdrawal methods and ensure you have DEFAULT next to one of the payout methods.

- The payments tab will now show the user’s wallet and withdrawal methods.
