It depends on the project, but in general, we look for professionals, researchers, teachers, and subject-matter experts with at least a bachelor’s degree in a specialized field (e.g., mathematics, law, linguistics, STEM). Most importantly, you should be able to learn how to train AI models correctly through our upskilling program.
You’ll receive guides and training materials before taking the tests. We recommend reviewing these resources carefully before you start to ensure you understand what’s required.
Experience with AI or Large Language Models (LLMs) can be helpful but isn’t required. User-friendly guides and, for some projects, dedicated training will be provided to help you complete tasks effectively.
No. Most projects do not require coding skills unless stated otherwise. If coding is ever needed, you’ll be informed in advance, and most skills can be learned as you go.
CrowdGen Pro tasks vary in complexity, but here are three common types:
Basic Task – Prompt Preference Ranking: You’ll be given multiple AI-generated responses to a question or task. Your job is to rank them based on clarity, accuracy, and usefulness.
Intermediate Task – Rewriting & Refining AI Responses: You’ll take AI-generated text and edit it for clarity, coherence, and factual accuracy, ensuring it aligns with human expectations.
Advanced Task – Red Teaming: In this task, you’ll try to “trick” the AI by crafting challenging prompts to test its weaknesses, biases, or inconsistencies. This helps improve AI reliability and safety.
The use of automated tools, including generative AI, is prohibited for most projects. The goal is to gather authentic, expert-driven insights to train AI models, not AI-generated content. Using such tools may negatively impact your continued participation in the project.
As a CrowdGen Pro member, you’ll have priority access to the highest-paying projects on the platform. Your earnings depend on:
