Project Salamander (PSP3) aims to improve in-car safety technology by enhancing its ability to quickly detect and respond to unsafe driver and passenger positions. The tasks are designed to simulate scenarios that could compromise safety in a real driving situation.
Before the session begins, our project supervisors will temporarily install four cameras on the windscreen of your car to record the session. The setup is low-impact (using suction cups) and won’t damage your vehicle. During the session, while your car remains stationary, you’ll be guided to perform actions such as drinking, talking on a cell phone, buckling your seatbelt, pretending to sleep, and looking around.
Compensation:
Receive an eGift card based on the number of people in the car: $150 for one, $290 for two, $420 for three, $540 for four, and $650 for five.
